Student Admissions: IRSC reached the next milestone in our Workday Student project by launching the first phase of Workday Student Admissions: Bachelor’s Degree Program Admissions! We are leading the Workday Strategic Influencers, consisting of 15 colleges and universities across the U.S., by launching Student Admissions and rendering admissions decisions in Workday. In addition to this accomplishment, IRSC has forged ahead of other Workday customers in Florida by loading transcripts received via Florida Automated System for Transferring Educational Records (FASTER) into Workday. This proved to be both a big challenge and a gratifying accomplishment. For the first time, we will be able to create prospect records for students who send their transcripts to us electronically allowing for early and proactive engagement. This is another big step forward toward leveraging the power of Workday to shape the incoming class of IRSC students and foster student success.
Student Recruiting: Workday Student Recruiting is the first application available as part of Workday Student, an end-to-end student and faculty lifecycle information system that will work seamlessly with Workday Financial Management, Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), Workday Payroll, and Workday Grants Management to help colleges and universities advance their institutions and enable student success.
Employee Recruitment: All applicants for jobs at IRSC can now apply electronically in our new Workday Recruiting System. Internal applicants (IRSC Employees) can search for jobs by logging into their Workday account and typing Find Jobs in the Search Bar. External applicants (Non-IRSC Employees) can apply by going to www.IRSC.edu/HR/JOBS and then clicking on Jobs at IRSC. More information about the application process and available jobs is posted here. We hope that you enjoy our new streamlined application process!
Workday features coming soon to IRSC
Curriculum Management: Workday Student Curriculum Management helps create, manage, and maintain the courses or learning units that institutions offer. It also helps institutions create a schedule of course offerings that are available for enrollment, complete with days, times, locations, instructor names, and other details.
